Ben Affleck may have been stripped of Batman. According to the Hollywood Reporter, the actor will not play Batman in The Batman (2019). The director and writer Matt Reeves is looking for another actor who can take on the role. A spokesman for Warner Bros. has not commented on the news that Ben Affleck could lose Batman.

This is the last chapter of Affleck’s long journey with Batman. He took on the role of two of DC Universe Cinema’s (DCEU) Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice and Justice League.
